Insert Engineering: The Secret To Zero Movement

  • Die-cut corrugated cradle (plastic-free) shaped to the silhouette

  • Molded pulp for organic lines and excellent shock absorption

  • EVA or cork spot-pads for high points (ears/handles) without marking

  • 3D-printed prototypes let us test fit with the real candle in 24–48 hours

  • 5–7 mm clearance around the piece to account for tissue and tolerances

  • Base lock: a shallow recess prevents tilt and keeps labels level for photography

No plastic bags. Breathable tissue prevents moisture map and avoids sticking to matte soy finishes.

Heat, Cold & Wax: Environmental Controls

  • Summer holds: We schedule dispatch early week, early day; avoid vans over weekends.

  • Thermal liners (optional): Kraft honeycomb sleeves add insulation without plastic.

  • Cold crack prevention: Avoid extreme warehouse AC; rapid swings promote soy frosting—we temper rooms before pack-out.

  • Soft white or natural tissue, one wrap, no tape trails on wax

  • Embossed kraft sticker (your textured mark) for a tactile, premium cue

  • Care card (wick trim ~5 mm, 2–3 h sessions, draft-free)

  • Optional QR to behind-the-scenes or a landing page with burn tips & refills

Keep ink minimal. Use a single brand color or blind-emboss to align with a mindful, sustainable aesthetic.

Shipping Pack-Out: Pass The Drop Test

  1. Primary box with fitted insert

  2. Outer shipper with 3–5 cm kraft paper void fill (no peanuts)

  4. Top-load test (books/weights) + drop test from 80–100 cm on corner/flat

  5. Shake test: no rattle = green light
